Join me Wednesday evening 5pm PST for Breathe and Flow. At a time when we are the most sedentary perhaps our lives have ever been, this practice is gentle, safe and provides much needed anxiety and stress reduction. The focus here is breath, gentle strengthening and restorative movement, with the occasional guided meditation to end your practice in savasana. Combining a mixture of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative yoga styles, we will flow through the energy of the days, weeks, and seasons. Each class builds upon the next, allowing you to ease your way into a deeper relationship with your yoga practice. Increase your ability and strength without compromising your comfort level. Take the intimidation factor out of the equation, so you to enjoy a consistent practice and achieve long lasting health benefits. Strengthen, restore, renew, reconnect. Mind - Body - Soul.

In order to attend these online classes from the comfort of your home, you will want to come prepared with the following:

- yoga mat
- one or two blankets (any blanket will work),
- large firm pillow or yoga bolster (decorative back pillows that typically are placed on the bed and never get used work great here!)
- yoga straps, or belt, or long thin scarf
Thursday: Private Sessions - Restorative, Hatha, or Vinyasa Yoga Styles and option to include Sound or Reiki Healing: Customize your yoga experience, from the comfort of your own home! Select your style of yoga, length of class time and options to include a healing blend of sound or reiki into your savasana. Customizing a private class allows you to enhance your knowledge of yoga, deepen your mind / body connection and increase your physical ability, while also honoring your body's needs with the pace, props, and personal attention it requires to practice safely and effectively. Previous injuries to the body can greatly increase your chances of accidental injury in yoga if not properly aligned when practicing. There are a multitude of ways you can utilize a prop or adjust a posture alignment to decrease your risk of injury, increase comfort and deepen your connection to your yoga practice. A private yoga session is safe, affordable, personal and exactly the type of self-care your soul is craving!

Pay what you feel honors your experience, explore my teaching style and enjoy all the benefits a customized yoga class offers without the fear of cost.

All subsequent private sessions will be priced $1 per minute. With a 45 minute minimum for virtual classes and 60 minute minimum for in-person.
Sessions must be booked at least 36 hours in advance. Y0ur private class can be held virtually via zoom, or in person for residents of San Diego county.

Join me Wednesday afternoon at 12pm PST for an adapted practice specifically designed for Cancer survivors and caregivers. Sponsored by BeWell Therapy, this Yoga for Cancer Recovery class will leave you restored, renewed, and reconnected to your body, mind and soul. Relieving anxiety, tension, and stress. I have been trained to accommodate this practice to all varieties of cancer survivors in treatment and post treatment. As long as you are 4-6 weeks post surgery, with permission from your doctor to engage in stretching movement, this practice is safe and is designed for YOU.
